Starhill Global REIT (SIN:P4OU) invests is a Real Estate Investment Trust investing in both retail and office properties, both in and outside Singapore. They were previously known as Macquarie Prime REIT.

Starhill Global was listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Securities Exchange Trading Limited on September 20, 2005. Their headquarters are in Singapore. Tan Sri Dato’ (Dr) Francis Yeoh is the Executive Chairman.
Starhill began with two properties in Orchard Road in Singapore, and now owns a total of thirteen in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Japan and China.
Their real estate property portfolio includes: Wisma Atria, Ngee Ann City, Lot 10, Starhill Gallery, David Jones Building, Renhe Spring Zongbei, Daikanyama, Ebisu Fort, Harajyuku Secondo, Holon L, Nakameguro, Roppongi PRIMO, and Roppongi Terzo.
Starhill Global REIT is managed by an external manager: YTL Starhill Global REIT Management Limited. This company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL Starhill Global REIT Management Holdings Pte. Ltd. This company is an indirect subsidiary of YTL Corporation Berhad. Their trustee is HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited.
Starhill Global REIT is an S-REIT obviously positioning itself to benefit from commercial activity throughout Asia, especially Japan.
