Compass Hotel Group (ASX: CXH) is a stapled A-REIT which is one of the largest owners of hotel and tavern properties in Western Australia.
The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Compass Hotel was in 2007. It owns at least 13 pieces of property.

I cannot think of any U.S. real estate investment trust which invests in bars (except the kind that come with hotels), so it's interesting to find this kind obviously accepted and probably profitable in Australia.
Therefore, Compass Hotel Group Property should profit so long as Australians drink a lot of wine.
