CFS Retail Property was originally listed on the Australia Securities Exchange in April 1994 under the name Gandel Retail Trust (GAN). On May 16, 2006 it was renamed CFS Gandel Retail Trust. to CFS Retail Property Trust.
CFS Retail owns 24 properties. It is managed by Colonial First State Property Retail Pty Ltd, which has delegated that to Colonial First State Property Limited (the Delegated Manager). Its Responsible Entity is Commonwealth Managed Investments Limited (CMIL).
