Abacus Property Group (ASX: ABP) is a stapled real estate investment trust that actively acquires and manages real estate properties. Besides this core business, they provide investment funds management services, property financing and engages in real estate joint venture projects with regional and sector partners.

Abacus began in April 1996 as Abacus Funds Management Limited, a subsidiary of Godfrey Pembroke Limited. In April 1999 they were spun off into an independent company. In August 2001 they merged with some trusts to form the current company. They were listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in November 2002. In February 2008 they were added to the S&P/ASX 200 Index. Their headquarters is in Sydney Australia.
