Advance Terrafund REIT (6A6:BU) a Real Estate Investment Trust in Bulgaria which invests in agricultural and urban land. It is the largest private landlowner in the country. They are renting out the agricultural land. Their goal is to sell for a profit, not develop.
Radoslav Manolov is the CEO. It was launched April 12, 2005. Karoll Finance is the managing company. They're aiming at the ratio of 90% agricultural land, 10% urban.

29 826 ha of agricultural land and 13.9 ha of urban land.
About 90% of the acquired agricultural land is located in 3 out of 6 regions – Northeastern, North central, Northwestern.

1.1 ha of agricultural land in the territory of City of Vratza
1 ha consolidated land in the village of German next to the Sofia’s city ring road.
1.065 ha city of Stara Zagora.
Therefore, Advance Terrafund REIT is a SPIC that should profit as land goes up in value, assuming of course that it does. In the US buying vacant land is considered riskier than property with buildings already on it.
