Klepierre is a French Real Estate Investment Trust or or societes d'investissements immobiliers cotees which is focused on retail properties. It total assets are worth over 15 billion euros. It has shopping centers in thirteen countries in Europe.

Klepierre was founded in November 1990. BNP Paribas is the majority shareowner. Its total portfolio is valued at over 15 billion euros. They own 273 shopping centers and manage 356. It also owns an 84.1% interest in Klemurs, and owns Steen & Strom. Laurent Morel is Chairman of the Board. In September 2003 they opted to switch to SIIC tax status.
