CeGeREAL is a French Real Estate Investment Trust or societes d'investissements immobiliers cotees which says it owns the premium office properties of in France. Their portfolio is worth over 860 million euros, and is located in and around Paris.

CeGeREAL is 60% owned by the German property equity management group Commerz Real Investmentgesellschaft (CRI). They founded CeGeREAL for the open fund hausInvest Europa. A total of 80% is held by institutions.

The company began in April 1999 under the name Commerz Grundbesitz France (CGF). In December 2005 CRI took over two sister companies: CG Arcs de Seine, owner of the Arcs de Seine property at Boulogne-Billancourt and CGF II, owner of Rives de Bercy at Charenton-le-Pont. It then changed its name to Sopreal, then to CeGeREAL. It was listed in March 2006, and in June 2006 opted for SIIC status.

Bardo Magel is CEO. Raphaël Tréguier is Deputy CEO.

The company owns three large office complexes: Europlaza, Arcs de Seine and Rives de Bercy.

Therefore, CeGeREAL is a SIIC or REIT positioned to profit from business activity in Paris but is not geographically diversified.
