Trastor REIC (TRASTOR.AT) is the first listed Real Estate Investment Company listed -- in 2005.

Trastor began life as a subsidiary of Piraeus Bank, with the name Piraeus Bank, in 2003. The major of its properties were rented to Piraeus Bank. In 2008 the real estate company Pasal Development acquired 37.1% of its shares. In 2009 the company's name was changed to Trastor.

The current president of Trastor is Dimitris Georgakopoulos.
