PMC Commercial Trust (AMEX: PCC) is a mortgage real estate investment trust that provides conventional commercial real estate loans to a wide variety of businesses including the hospitality industry, and Small Business Association (SBA) loans to small businesses as an SBA Preferred Lender. It began in 1979, and their corporate headquarters are in Dallas Texas.
PMC makes long term loans without call features and typical bank covenant requirements. They want to derive their income primarily from collateralized loans and from ownership in income producing real estate.
