Al-Hadharah Boustead REIT is the first Islamic plantation Real Estate Investment Trust in Malaysia.
Al-Hadharah was listed February 8, 2007. It owns twelve palm oil plantations and three palm oil mills.
Boustead REIT Managers Sdn Bhd is the manager.

Bekoh Estate, 13 km north west of Tangkak town, Muar, Johor; Malaya Estate, precinct of Kubu Gajah, Selama, Perak; Kulai Young Estate, Jalan Alor Bukit, 15 km north of Pekan Nenas town, Johor; Bukit Mertajam Estate, the Kulim-Mahang main road and Batu Puteh-Labu Besar main Road, Kulim, Kedah; Batu Pekaka Estate, the Sungai Petani/Baling main road, about 18 kilometres from Sungai Petani town, Kedah; Chamek Estate, Located along the eastern side of the train tracks next to Kampung Chamek, Johor; Telok Sengat Estate, along both sides of the road leading to Telok Sengat village about 28.8 km southeast of Kota Tinggi town, Johor; Telok Sengat Mill, 81909 Kota Tinggi, Johor; Lepan Kabu Estate, the 75th km post Kota Bharu/ Gua Musang main road, Kuala Krai, Kelantan; Boustead Plantations Berhad, Malakoff Estate, Mukim 6, 12 and 13, District of Seberang Perai Utara, Pulau Pinang; Bebar Estate, Mukim of Keratong, District of Rompin, Pahang; Taiping Rubber Plantation (“TRP”) Estate, along Changkat Jering – Beruas main road, Trong Perak; Trong Palm Oil Mill, along Changkat Jering – Beruas main road, Trong Perak; and Sutera Estate, Segaliud, KM 60, Sandakan-Lahad Datu Highway, Sabah.
Therefore, Al-Hadharah Boustead REIT is an M-REIT dependent on the market price of palm oil.
