AmFIRST REIT is a Real Estate Investment Trust in Malaysia set up Septmber 28, 2006 by Am ARA REIT Managers Sdn Bhd (Am ARA) and Mayban Trustees Berhad. It is managed by Am ARA. It was listed on the stock exchange December 21, 2006.
AmFIRST invests in office, retail and hotel properties in the Klang Valley. It currently manages 2.3 million square feet.
It is based in Selangor, and Lim Yoon Peng is the Chief Executive Officer.

Bangunan AmBank Group, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan; Menara AmBank, Kuala Lumpur Wilayah Persekutuan; Menara Merais, Mukim Sungai Buloh Disttict of Petaling Jaya and State of Selangor; AmBank Group Leadership Centre, Kuala Lumpur Wilayah Persekutuan; Kelana Brem Towers, Mukim of Damansara District of Petaling and State of Selangor Darul Ehsan; and The Summit Subang USJ, Pekan Subang Jaya District of Petaling State of Selangor Darul Ehsan.
Therefore, AmFIRST is a small M-REIT positioned to profit from economic activity in Malaysia.
