FC Residential Investment Corporation (8975.T) is a Japanese Real Estate Investment Trust which, as I write, is scheduled to absorb Ichigo Real Estate Investment Trust Corporation (formerly Japan Office Investment Corporation) effective November 1, 2011.
Real Estate Investment Trust Fund Creation Co., Ltd is the asset manager. It's based on Tokyo. It began in June 2005. It was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange October 12, 2005.
