Champion REIT (2778.HK) is a Hong Kong Real Estate Investment Trust that owns prime office and retail properties in Hong Kong and plans to branch out to other Asian countries. It owns 22 million square feet of Grade A office space and 650,000 square feet of retail space -- so far, all in Hong Kong.
Their properties are all in Citibank Plaza, 3 Garden Road Central on Hong Kong Island and Langham Place in the commercial district of Mongkok, on the Kowloon Peninsula.
