Prime Group Realty Trust is a commercial property equity REIT specializing in the city of Chicago Illinois. They own, manage, operate, lease, develop, and redevelop office and industrial Class A and Class B real estate in the Windy City and its metropolitan area.
They are owned by one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, The Lightstone Group. But they do have an issue of preferred stock outstading. This stock symbol is PGE.PR.B on the New York Stock Exchange.
