Investors Real Estate Trust is a REIT that owns a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate properties. Their headquarters are in Minot North Dakota. They were formed in 1970.
Investors Real Estate is traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the stock ticker symbol IRET. Their properties are in 13 states, mostly in the Upper Midwest. They have increased their dividends every year since their founding, and every quarter since 1988. The President and CEO is Thomas A. Wentz Sr.
