Mack-Cali Realty Corporation is a real estate investment trust managing Class A office and office/flex properties in the northeast and mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. Nearly 34 million square feet.
Its New York Stock Exchange ticker symbol is CLI. They do have a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP). They have around 2200 tenants, and are 92% leased. They're New Jersey's foremost office landlord, and also property in Westchester County New York, Fairfield County, Connecticut, and suburban Washington DC, Philadelphia and Boston, and downtown Manhattan.
Properties include 412 Mt. Kemble Avenue, Morris Township, New Jersey; 101 Hudson St on Jersey City's waterfront.
Four properties are receiving The Office Building of the Year Award (TOBY) from the New Jersey chapter of the Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA). 101 Hudson Street in Jersey City, 343 Thornall Street in Edison (their own headquarters), 4 Becker Farm Road in Roseland and 23 Main Street in Holmdel.
50 Main Street in White Plains is receiving the Best of BOMA award for the "Best CBD Curb Appeal" from BOMA's Westchester chapter. Plus, they offer preferred parking rates for carpoolers.
Mack-Cali Realty Corporation is a strong reit but tied to the fortunes of the northeast and mid-Atlantic states, especially New Jersy.
