Located in Radnor Pennsylvania, Brandywine Realty Trust was at one time the largest REIT in the mid-Atlantic area of the US. Now they have expanded so that they own, acquire, manage, lease and develop office and industrial properties across the United States.
Brandywine (symbol: BDN) was founded in 1986, and has entered strategic markets in Texas and California as well as Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia and Delaware. They also have a dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP).
They currently own or manage some 42 million square feet of property. They are active in development, site selection, land purchase, approval attainment, design and space planning, construction management, renovation and property management.
Their properties include the Philadelphia Marine Center, Keith Valley Business Park, Metroplex Corporate Center, Princeton Pike Corporate Center, South Lake in Virginia, The Park on Barton, Eagle Point Byberry State Hospital Redevelopment and Two Christina Centre.
As a real estate investment trust, Brandywine is working hard to offer superior services.
